Scheduled Maintenance Update – 6th and 7th December 2011

We are completing maintenance on our core network. The maintenance will be completed in two parts, on Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th December between 2am and 6am. 

 Tuesday 6th December

 This maintenance will be service effecting for approximately 5-10 minutes.  If you experience issues after the maintenance window, please contact the  Customer Support helpdesk. 

 Wednesday 7th December

 This is essential manintenance that will be carried out in our data centre and will only be service effecting to routed terminals. The outage will be limited during the maintenance windon, if you experience issues after the maintenance window, please contact the  Customer Support helpdesk.

Notification regarding the Acceptable Use Policy.

Please monitor your monthly usage by going to http://mystats.avantiplc.com.  This site clearly states your monthly limit and your usage to date. 

If you have provided Avanti with a valid email address, you will recieve an email notification when you reach 80% of your monthly limit.  If you go over your limit, you will recieve a second email and your service will be restricted to 64kbps/64kbps for the remainder of the month.
